Indianola Parks and Rec is hosting local author and radio host Dr. Robert Leonard as part of their next Afternoon Adventures Speaker Series tomorrow. Dr. Bob is speaking on his book Deep Midwest, a collection of thought-provoking poems and heart-felt prose of observations that bring laughter and sympathy amid appreciation for what we take for granted.. Copies of Deep Midwest will be available andDr. Bob will be available for book-signing. The program will run from 1-2pm at the Indianola Activity Center, and is free to attend. Reservations are requested.
