The Marion County Development Commission is accepting applications for the 2021-2022 Leadership Red Rock class. This is an issue-oriented leadership program that develops leadership skills and increases community awareness for participants. Five sessions will be held, which will provide interaction with area decision makers and discussions on local issues.

Marion County Development Director Carla Eysink tells KNIA/KRLS News this program allows people who live and work in Marion County an opportunity to examine the role everyone plays in developing Marion County into an outstanding place to live, work and visit.

Sessions will be November 16th, December 16th, January 27th, February 24th, and March 24th at various locations around the county from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. The application deadline is Friday.
