Along with the football team’s victory over Loras, three other Central sports teams were in action Saturday. It started with the volleyball team dropping a 3-0 contest at #5 Wartburg. It was all Knights, with scores of 25-6, 25-11, 25-9.

Dubuque scored two second half goals in defeating the Central women’s soccer team 3-1. On the men’s side, the Spartans scored one goal apiece in the first and second halves for a 2-0 win over Central.
