Seth Walraven will represent Knoxville this Friday at the class 3A State Cross Country Meet in Fort Dodge. While his career for the Panthers spans just three seasons, he is glad he went out for the team during his sophomore year and has enjoyed running with some great teammates.

Walraven: “I was a late joiner, I joined my sophomore year rather than freshman, and it was a given that these were great teammates that pushed everyone to be better, just awesome dudes.”

Walraven finished 12th at last week’s State Qualifier in Pella and will advance to the State Meet this Friday in Fort Dodge. The boys 3A meet is scheduled to get started at 3:15.
