A non-profit organization aiming to enhance the Central Business District in Pella received a large donation this week.

Pella Corporation gave $50,000 to the Spirit of Pella through the Rolscreen Foundation.

Mary Mansfield with the Spirit of Pella says in partnership with the PACE Alliance and other organizations and businesses, the team formed to create a non-profit organization with a mission to create projects to enhance the community, including enhancements for the holiday season.
