The Indianola Chamber of Commerce is encouraging member businesses to participate in the Greater Des Moines Partnership Advancing Women in Leadership program next week.
The event is led by Dr. Sian Proctor, a geoscientist, explorer, space artist, and science communication specialist, and will discuss the need for advancing women in leadership, how to advocate for more diversity from within, especially in fields related to STEM, and how to effectively build a talent pipeline that will bring a high level of success to your business.
