The Pella Community Art Center has been reporting strong use of a new project unveiled this summer aiming to share art with the Tulip City. Mary Robertson with the Pella Art Center says they have built a Little Free Art & Gallery Box in front of the main entrance of the Pella Community Center on Union Street. Robertson says several craft supplies have been available, and several smaller pieces of artwork are also on display. Those, paired with online videos, have been a hit among patrons and nearby neighbors, according to Robertson. The Pella Community Art Center Little Free Art & Gallery Box is refreshed usually weekly with new projects.
