The Knoxville City Council met in regular session Monday. They added language detailing the appeal process, established fees and administrative policies for the rental housing inspection program. They approved a development agreement with Bloomfield Acres, and a Parks & Recreation master plan using the Auld Park trust fund.

The next Knoxville City Council meeting will be November 15th at 6:15 p.m.
