A highlight of this past Norwalk volleyball season was the team’s performance in conference play, finishing 4-3 in the Little Hawkeye. Three of those wins were via sweep, while none of the losses came in that fashion. Senior Cate Backstrom says the focus all year long was focusing on themselves rather than the opponent.

“Every team could beat us, and we could beat every team. In volleyball, you never know what’s going to happen. In the conference, we’ve focused on treating every team the same.”

Norwalk finished 23-18 overall with six seniors departing the program.
