The Simpson College wrestling team opened the 2021-22 season with a 30-18 loss to Cornell on the road Thursday evening. The Storm got wins at 125lbs from Dylan McChesney, Zach Stewert at 141lbs, Shyler Langley at 174lbs, and Colton Kinnison at heavyweight. The Storm are now 0-1 on the season, and the Storm host the Luther Hill Invite inside Cowles Fieldhouse tomorrow.
