The Marion County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session today. They’ll consider America Rescue Plan Act projects. They’ll hold public hearings and consider rezoning ordinances for several properties in the county, as well as consider disposition of county property on S 3rd Street in Knoxville.
The board will consider approval of a site plan for a Nextlink tower site near Bussey, award contracts for the replacement of a bridge on Story Drive and patching of Highway G28, and receive a road department update.
They’ll open and assign sealed bids for county tax sales, and consider special event applications for Thrive Knoxville’s Living Windows. The board will also hold a closed session pursuant to Iowa Code to discuss real estate.
