Pella High School Senior Maggie Leach advanced to the International Thespian Festival with her 3rd place finish in Monologue at the Iowa Thespian Festival. The International Festival will be held in June at the University of Indiana campus in Bloomington, Indiana.

Maggie performed two monologues, one from The Importance of Being Earnest by Oscar Wilde, and the other from The Crucible by Arthur Miller. Maggie is a member of Pella High School Thespian Troupe 123.
