Coming back to PCM’s boys’ basketball’s lineup will be two starters after the Mustangs graduated eight seniors last season.

Of the Mustangs’ eight seniors graduated, three of them were in the starting lineup, including Andrew Mitchell, Sage Burns, and Gaitlin Boell. The two starters returning for PCM will be Carson Vandelune and Durant Van Dyke. Vandelune and Van Dyke were second and third respectively in scoring in 2020-21. Vandelune averaged just over 12.5 points per game and shot 30% from three-point range last season. Van Dyke averaged 9.5 points and nine rebounds per game. He also led the team in field goal percentage, shooting 51% from the field for the Mustangs.

PCM’s 2021-22 season opens on the road November 30 at Knoxville.
