Knoxville student Paige Ludington has decided to continue her bowling career on the next level at Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri next year. Ludington says she liked the campus and was sold on the program when she went for a visit. She tells KNIA/KRLS Sports bowling has been a favorite of her’s due to the both individual and team aspect of the sport.

Ludington: “I really like that it’s an individual and team sport at the same time and I like that unique aspect that you can help yourself, but at the end of the day you’re also helping your team and that’s one thing I think I’m good at.”

Last year for the Panthers, Ludington had a season high game of 201 and was 8th at the conference meet and gained all-conference honorable mention plus finished 10th individually at sub state. She has also participated in off-season tournaments including the Iowa Games where she won a silver medal which advances her to the American Games this summer and she will also participate in the Pepsi Youth Championships in January.
