The fall sports season may have come to an end in October for Pella Christian, but the Eagles football team had two players receive recognition for their respective seasons this week with All-State honors.

Junior quarterback Isaac Kacmarynski and senior wide receiver Eric Mulder were both selected 3rd team All-State by the Iowa Print Sports Writers Association and Iowa Football Coaches Association for class 1A. Kacmarynski led all of Class 1A with 38 touchdowns and finished the season with the third most offensive yards with 2,589. Eric Mulder finished the season with the fifth most receiving touchdowns in all of Class 1A, reeling in 9 touchdowns for the Eagles this season.
