While his playing career is coming to a close as part of a historic run for the Central College football team, Senior Quarterback Blaine Hawkins is receiving recognition for a record-breaking performance and what’s next after college.

Hawkins was featured in The Wall Street Journal for his NCAA All-Time Passing Touchdown record he tied on the game winning pass vs. Wheaton Saturday, and for his future as a financial advisor.

Blaine has tied the all-time mark regardless of division of 61 scores through the air, and barring an absolute surprise this Saturday at No. 3 Whitewater, should be able to claim the record for himself. Hear Central College postseason football on 92.1 KRLS Saturday at 11 a.m.
