The Indianola wrestling team faces off with one of their toughest Little Hawkeye Conference rivals this evening, on the road at Dallas Center-Grimes to take on the Mustangs. The Indians are currently 1-0 in conference duals, and senior grappler Ryder Downey tells KNIA Sports the Indians will be battle tested by competing in conference this year.

“Our goal this year is to win this conference, I mean our goal every year is to win everything always. It’s especially a good year for this because we have a lot of good talent and a lot of good guys that are working hard for it.”

The Indians and Mustangs hit the mat at 7:30pm.
