A ribbon cutting ceremony Thursday celebrated 92 new housing units in the community at View Pointe by Kading Properties.

Heather Burns is Vice President of Operations for Kading and says the rental townhomes start as low as $850/month and are meant to bolster workforce housing–especially at the entry-level, or for those seeking to downsize but not quite retire.

Burns says to celebrate the opening, Kading is sponsoring carriage rides hosted by the PACE Alliance this Saturday, providing them for free from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The View Pointe housing expansion is located on West 16th Street near Ulrich Ford and is near the connection to Prairie Ridge.
