The Simpson women’s and men’s basketball squads host American Rivers Conference rival Wartburg at the Cowles Fieldhouse today, featuring a nationally ranked matchup on the women’s side. The Storm women easily dispatched Coe last Saturday to improve to 2-0 in conference play, and are averaging nearly 80 points per game, shooting over 47% from the field, and over 37% from three-point range.

The Storm men will have their hands full and need to show all of the defensive prowess they displayed in shutting down a Coe squad last week, holding to Kohawks to just 64 points, and sit at 1-1 in conference play.
