The Merry-N-County Christmas light display at Marion County Park in Knoxville had a record-breaking weekend. Co-organizer Tyler Christian tells KNIA/KRLS News that 134 vehicles passed through Friday. Saturday was the highest ever single-day total with 357 vehicles. Sunday was the highest attended Sunday in the event’s history, with 191 vehicles passing through.
Christian has also announced that two additional days will be added. It will now be open each night from December 17th thorough Christmas night from 6:00 to 8:00 each evening. Tune into 95.3 KNIA to listen to Christmas music while driving through the displays.
