Tomorrow is the final day to contribute to the giving tree sponsored by the Knoxville PTO. This program benefits the two elementary schools by providing supplies that would typically come out of the teachers’ pocket. Those interested in donating can sign up to purchase a gift online, buy the gift, and deliver it to the school. Knoxville PTO President Daphne Pearson thanks everyone for their support of the organization, and encourages people to get involved.

“Knoxville PTO is very thankful for the support that parents, volunteers and community members have given the PTO in supporting teachers and students of the Knoxville elementary schools. We hope to continue that relationship as a community partner with the Knoxville Community School District.”

Gifts must be delivered to the school of choice by tomorrow. Students will open them during their class parties on Wednesday.
