The Norwalk boys basketball team enters the Christmas break with a lot of momentum on their side. After an 0-2 start to the season, the Warriors have won four straight and stand at 2-1 in conference play. In fact, it’s the third straight season Norwalk enters the break 4-2. Junior Braedon Carlson says while things are going well at the moment, they need to work on physicality to remain competitive.

“Practice has gotten better and better. After that 0-2 start, we knew what we needed to improve on, and got better at what we didn’t do well. We need to work on boxing out and getting rebounds. We did well Friday, but there will be teams that are bigger and stronger, and we need to be more physical with them.

Norwalk returns to action January 3rd at Van Meter.
