With Christmas Eve and Day approaching, City of Knoxville and Marion County offices will be closed to recognize the holiday. Many retailers and financial institutions also close for the holiday, either all day Friday or will have shortened hours. Those needing to do business at these locations should plan to do so today, Thursday, or Monday.
