The City of Indianola has released an update on the Water Resource Recovery Facility construction for the end of 2021, which is at 65% of completion. Water Superintendent Rick Graves tells KNIA News the project is a new state-of-the-art facility, and is currently $73,000 under the projected budget. The project is expected to be operational by May of 2022, and is projected to be fully complete by June.
