The #10 Simpson women’s basketball team is on a six-game winning streak and sits at 9-1 in the early part of this season, their only loss coming to ranked Eau Claire on a buzzer-beating shot.
The Storm are not only dominating opponents with their blanketing press and transition game, they are also shooting three-point baskets at an unprecedented percentage. The Storm as a squad are shooting 35.5% from beyond the arc, good for 16th in the country, and even making it count at the free throw line as well, shooting 82.1% from the charity stripe, which is the best for all D-III schools.
The Storm get back in action next Wednesday in the Loras Tournament against LaCrosse.
