The Indianola City Council approved several changes to the city code at their meeting Monday, regarding ice cream trucks and mobile food trucks. Interim City Manager Charlie Dissell tells KNIA News the city codes were originally written for ice cream trucks driving around the city, but were then altered as Indianola became a better destination for mobile food trucks, and now the council approved changes to help both kinds of vehicles to operate within the city.
