With the 2022 calendar year approaching, Pleasantville’s girls basketball squad will have nine West Central Conference games out of 11 in the final month and a half.

The Trojans will open the season with their toughest game of the season against undefeated and No. 1 in Class 2A Panorama January 4. After that game, Pleasantville will be at home against Colfax-Mingo on January 6. After that game, the Trojans will have five straight conference games against Interstate-35, Earlham, West Central Valley, Van Meter, and Des Moines Christian. That will be followed up by going to South Central Conference power Chariton. After their matchup with Chariton, the Trojans will have three straight conference games to end the season against Woodward-Granger, AC/GC, and Interstate-35.

The Trojans will resume play on January 4 at home as part of a girls/boys West Central Conference doubleheader with Panorama that will be broadcast on the KRLS3 stream at kniakrls.com.
