The first Indianola Parks and Rec Tunes and Treats concert of 2022 will take place next week, featuring a familiar artist, Max Wellman. Becky Lane with Indianola Parks and Rec tells KNIA News Wellman sings in the jazz style of Frank Sinatra and Harry Connick Jr., and this will be the second time Wellman has performed in the Tunes and Treats series after visiting the Indianola Activity Center in 2019. The concert is sponsored by United Healthcare with dessert provided by the Indianola HyVee, and takes place on Tuesday, January 11th at 2pm with all invited.
