The Twin Cedars Basketball Squads will host Diagonal tonight. The Sabers are ready to get back on the court after only playing once since break after having their Saturday matchups with Valley Lutheran cancelled. The girls will take a 7-3 record into the game battling an improved Maroons club and trying to keep pace with Lamoni, plus continue to bank Bluegrass Conference wins for seeding in the upcoming conference tournament. The boys have been working on rebounding better, and coach Brad McWilliams hopes that starts tonight.

McWilliams: “We spent a lot of time over break rebounding and boxing off, and we let them the other night move us around and weren’t very aggressive, so I hope we can rebound better.”

The Sabers rank 7th in the BGC in rebounding averaging 27.1 per game. The girls game is set to get underway at 6:00.
