A gauntlet of dual meets continues as the Pella wrestling team travels to Dallas Center-Grimes this evening.

Off since their triangular meet in Indianola due to last weekend’s winter storm and their inability to travel to Solon, the Dutch are in their 3rd consecutive dual since winter break against the presumed top three of the conference, having faced Norwalk on January 6th (50-21 loss for Pella) and the Indians (60-6 loss for Pella) last Thursday.

Pella Head Coach Jay Pike embraces the tough road for the Dutch as it prepares them for what they could see with a state tournament bid on the line in a few weeks, but also understands the challenge coming tonight with the Mustangs.

The head-to-head dual for Pella vs. DCG wrestling in Grimes begins at 6:30 this evening.
