The Knoxville Basketball Squads will embark on the second tour of the South Central Conference tonight when they take the longest trip in the conference…to Davis County. The girls are looking to sweep the Mustangs after winning in Knoxville on December 14th 58-to-46. The boys are coming off a loss to Grandview Christian on Tuesday…something they would like to forget and stealing a win in Bloomfield would go a long way to righting some of the wrongs. Coach Troy Pearson tells KNIA/KRLS Sports Davis County has a couple of players that he is concerned about that had dominate games in the last meeting plus knowing strange things happen at Davis County…
Pearson: “Think the games are going to go one way and it goes completely sideways. They’ve got the Reeves kid who’s one of the best players in the conference and the Maedor kids really hurt us the last meeting. So we’re going to go down there with a game plan and see what happens.”
Listen for the action on 95.3 KNIA starting with the pregame at 6:15.
