The Red Rock StartUP! is teaming up with economic development organizations in Marion County for a new business pitch contest. The contest allows entrepreneurs and small business owners a chance to start a new business or expand their current business. The contest will have two divisions, Youth and Adult. To enter the contest, just submit a video up to 4 minutes on your business and a two-page executive summary. A panel of business experts will then select finalists for the second round of the contest, and those finalists will receive one hour of personalized business coaching to help improve their pitch. The finalists will then present their idea to an audience and judges for a chance to win cash prizes. To enter the contest your submission must be for a new business or been in operation for less than three years. Submissions are open now through Friday, February 25th at 3pm.
