A mild start to the work week will give way to possible snow Wednesday. Following daytime highs approaching and potentially topping 40 Monday and Tuesday, a potential round of light-to-moderate winter precipitation remains a possibility starting early Wednesday. The highest chance for more travel impacts will be south and east of the KNIA/KRLS listening area, although a shift north in the track of the low pressure system could result in accumulation, according to the National Weather Service. Regardless if any snow falls, the local temperature roller coaster will continue, as early morning low temperatures Thursday and Friday will drop to near zero and wind chills well below zero are expected by then. Stay tuned to KNIA/KRLS for the latest winter weather information.
