A pair of Grand Championships were clinched for two of the show choirs of the Pella School District Saturday. AcaPella was the top high school choir Saturday at West Liberty, and Bravo placed 6th, while the PellAdrenaline middle school choir won the 1st place spot at Mt. Pleasant.

Awards for AcaPella Show Choir:
– Best Vocals
– Best Choreography
– Best Band
– Best Costumes
– Best Female Soloist – Braelyn Ensor

The daytime star performers included Allie Singer (Acapella) and Hannah Hildebrand (Bravo). AcaPella and Bravo both next travel to the Benton “A Touch of Class” Invitational Saturday and perform at 3:55 p.m. and 12:10 p.m. respectively.
