A much warmer stretch — all things being relative to the recent cold spell, is set to impact the region. With highs more consistently in the 30s and 40s, a dry spell to start February is expected to continue.

Between Marion and Warren Counties, approximately 12-20 inches of snow has fallen depending on the location this winter season, with the first snow falling in late December and most recent round of measurable snow coming on the weekend of January 15th.

At the KNIA/KRLS Studios in Knoxville, close to 18 inches of snow has been measured, with closer to 20 in Pella. Indianola has received closer to 15 inches.
