The Pella and Pella Christian basketball teams meet to end the 2021-22 Little Hawkeye Conference basketball season on Eagle Lane this evening.

This marks the regular season finale for the Dutch girls (11-9 overall, 6-7 LHC) and both Eagles teams, while the #5 in 3A Pella boys (13-6 overall, 9-4 LHC) are trying to build momentum after an up-and-down 2nd half of the league rotation.

Pella Christian, #6 in 2A (15-5 overall, 9-4 LHC), will play in a game to determine 3rd place in the conference standings and try to keep momentum going from a late-season surge as they enter the Class 2A playoffs with a deep tournament run on their mind, while the Eagles girls (3-17 overall, 1-12 LHC) are trying to prepare for the postseason run that begins in two days.

The Dutch lead the girls series 25-5 since 2006, while the Pella boys are ahead 24-16 since 2001.
