The rich tradition of excellence continued for the speech groups at Pella High School during the large group season. Three acts earned All-State nominations, including:

Group Improv – Team Carlo (performing) – Bethany Schreur, Josephine McDonald, Maggie Leach, Emily Carlo
Radio Broadcasting – KOWS (performing) – Zadok Gustavson, Zane McSheehy, Lance Erickson, Gavin Beckey
Readers’ Theatre – The 9 Worst Breakups of All Time (non-performing) – Sam Beukelman, Ryan Sales, Wyatt Van Dyk, Jacob Byers, Lily Lovell, Willa Kelpe, Taryn Peffers, Skye Rhoten, Addi Hartwick, Alloree Else, John De Bruin, Kolton Messer
