Brinda Joy Whitlatch, 74, of Knoxville, passed away on January 29, 2022 at the Knoxville Hospital and Clinics. Private family graveside services and interment of cremains will take place at Graceland Cemetery in Knoxville, Iowa at a later date. Memorials may be made to the American Legion Flag Fund PO Box 220 Knoxville, IA 50138 for the replacement of the flags used for the Avenue of Flags at Graceland Cemetery. Williams Funeral Home in Knoxville is assisting the family with arrangements.
