Bondurant-Farrar dominated the game from start to finish as the Blue Jays handed the Norwalk Girls Basketball Squad its most lopsided loss of the season 67-38 in the class 4A regional semi-final as heard on kniakrls.com KNIA3. The Blue Jays bolted out to a 12-0 lead and never let Norwalk in the game, building their lead to as high as 41 points in the 4th quarter. Warriors Coach Jill Martin gave credit to Bondurant-Farrar and told KNIA Sports it was their night.
Martin: “Our girls work really hard, and our seniors worked hard for the last 4 years. If you were at the game, you may not have believed it. It’s a very good team, well coached and they just hit their shots.”
Jo Jo Bice led the Warriors with 21 points as Norwalk finished the season 13-10.
