The National Wrestling Coaches Association released its fourth and final NCAA Division III Dual Team Rankings this weekend and the Central College wrestling team came in at number 13 heading into the regional championship meets this weekend. In the individual rankings, Shandon Akeo is ranked at number seven at 125 pounds, Rob Areyano sits at number 10 at 149 pounds and Samuel Zook is number 14 at 285 pounds. The Dutch are 12-4 on the season, including a 5-3 mark in the American Rivers Conference. Central travels to Dubuque for the NCAA Division III Lower Midwest Regional meet on Friday and Saturday, with the top-three finishers in each weight class advancing to the NCAA Division III Championships in Cedar Rapids from March 12-13.
