The Warren County Board of Supervisors met in regular session Tuesday, approving the property tax levy amounts collected for FY23, a one cent decrease in the general supplemental, the general basic remaining the same, and the rural basic will see a 43 cent increase. The board also set a public hearing date of March 29th for the FY23 budget, held a public hearing on a road vacation, tabled a rezoning request from A-1 to C-2 on R57 Hwy, and approved the purchase of an easement. The board also approved using President Biden’s American Rescue Plan Act funds on the purchase of software for Warren County Environmental Services, for county libraries, IT equipment, facilities storage, updating land use and zoning ordinances, and Warren County Conservation projects.
