The Pella Christian boys basketball team is competing at the state tournament next week for the 16th time in school history, all coming since 1990. Seniors Niko Schirz and Jadeon Huisman are excited to continue that tradition, and thankful for the support they’ve received from the area community on their march to the final eight of Class 2A. The Eagles will compete for the school’s 4th state title — and first in 29 years, starting next Monday at 7:15 p.m. against Roland-Story.
