Hearthstone, A Ministry of Wesleylife, houses several retirees in Pella at The Cottages, Pella Manor, and Fair Haven, and in their communities, many of their residents may drain resources for various needs that arise. Director of Hearthstone Nancy Hamilton says they don’t ever force families out if they lose the ability to pay due to medical and family emergencies, and as part of that, they are now seeking community support to help those individuals pay for their housing and other needs.
