The National Weather Service Storm Prediction Center has issued an enhanced risk for severe thunderstorms this afternoon and evening.
An increased wind threat is now expected for a line of scattered storms expected to sweep through Iowa between 3-8 p.m. today. Large hail and isolated tornadoes remain a possibility.
The KNIA/KRLS Severe Weather Action Team is on the air for any severe thunderstorm or tornado warning for any portion of Marion and Warren Counties.
