With winter weather returning to the area starting Sunday afternoon the city of Knoxville will have their Snow Ordnance in effect starting at 6 pm Sunday evening.  Once the Ordinance is in affect it will be illegal to park any vehicle on city streets. Vehicles found on the street may be  give a $25 fine and/or towed.  The Ordinance will stay into effect until the storm has ended and streets have been plowed from curb to curb or 24 hours pass.
