The Indianola City Council met in a special session Tuesday evening. The council met to discuss strategy with legal counsel in matters that are presently in litigation or where litigation is imminent and where its disclosure would be likely to prejudice or disadvantage the government. The council will meet again this afternoon with the same agenda item, beginning at 4:45pm.
