The Indianola Concert Association is hosting their first concert since the 2019/20 season this weekend, inviting the Kassia Ensemble to perform, a rare combination of string quartet and trumpet that offers a program of classical favorites. President Patty Abild tells KNIA News the concerts bring in a range of styles, and they are happy to be back providing quality concerts to the area after not being able to over the last several years.
Abild also said those who purchased tickets to see the shows that were canceled in the 2019/20 season will be able to attend the next two concerts free of charge.
Abild and Membership Chair Karen Langstraat were featured on a recent In Depth with Dr. Bob Leonard. The concert will be tomorrow at 7pm in the Indianola High School Auditorium. Find more information about attending below.
