Long-time Knoxville resident Curt Froyen has published his first book titled “Elm Lake Days.” Froyen tells KNIA/KRLS News how articles he wrote for Hunting and Fishing Collectibles magazine became the idea for his book.

“Once I did those articles over a period of about 15 years many of the readers of the magazine encouraged me to put the stories in a book, and my wife and daughter always enjoyed my stories so they really encouraged me to get it done.”
