City of Pella parks will soon be filled with residents and visitors enjoying spring in the Tulip City. Pella Community Services Director Jeanette Vaughan says the new highlights coming as thawing occurs will be new playground improvements at West Market Park and the opening of the shelterhouse at the Wonder Spelen Kiwanis Playground.
