Eight boys are out for the Melcher-Dallas Track and Field Squad and Coach John Suntken is hoping the weather clears so his guys can get out on the track. Suntken tells KNIA Sports with lower numbers they will try to put on as many events together as they can.

Suntken: “Everybody back that didn’t graduate last year. We’re a little low on freshmen numbers, and we’re going to do with what we got and hoping the snow melts away so we can get out to the track.”

The Saints get their season underway April 4th at Meskwaki Settlement.
